We are seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by developing and delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values. You will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing engaging curriculum and learning materials, and overseeing all aspects of training interventions.
- Evaluating employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Creating training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Preparing learning materials for programs.
- Developing onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Researching new teaching methods.
- Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps.
- Delivering training and responding to questions.
- Maintaining training documentation.

- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Monthly closings.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software.
